Michelle, Kitt & Michael are some very excellent staff to have over here at the Public Storage off Washington they are very friendly and helpful and care about the customers in their community. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated for my storage space needs, Kitt has always been such a good guy to get along with for whatever I need on the receiving end & Michael has been nothing short of a friendly person to be around wouldn’t be here honestly if it wasn’t for these amazing staff thank you for all that you all do. I recommend 5/5 to get yourself one they are at a convenient location and have everything you need right at your finger tips!

Go somewhere else! Spent 7 months too long here. This place is always a pain. Doors are always broken so it is always a challenge getting in AND OUT of the building. Trash is everywhere. It’s always super grimy and smells like smoke. Unit rent increases on a monthly basis. Cherry on top, Public Storage will not refund your rent (only asking for a prorated refund) after move out on the 2nd day of the month. Only positive things I can say is that Kitt was nice and made move out a breeze. Not worth your time or money, better options around.

I am an auction buyer and have won multiple auctions at this site. Michelle and Kit and crazy helpful and kind. The security is great, especially in this part of Mpls and they even help answer questions when I win auctions at other sites where there isn't a full time staff. 10/10 would recommend. I also rent two units here myself and always feel safe in there by myself.
