My enclosed trailer has been hit and damaged in 2 different places. There is no one in office at any given time. Had difficulty with their automated customer service. They text you instead of calling you. Finally got a response that they would check into it. Got phone call from representative in Gainsville, I’m parked in Ocala. I was told to file a police report and report to my insurance. They said they are not responsible for damages and it’s their policy and in their contract. Now I have read similar Google reviews for this location. Will rent from U-Haul as soon as possible. Don’t do business with this place, they don’t provide any customer service at all. Went through a lot of frustration with their customer service automated system and then was told that it’s not their responsibility.

A young lady named maria was so very helpful and very kind. If more businesses hired customer reps like her people would be more at ease in their times of transistion..Thank you Maria..

This is the worse place to rent for storage, this people they would robbed e your money, I pay to move on one location which I never move or use and I cancel to move to a different location the one on hwy 40 I pay $114 and the only refund 21 total 29. 99 is not refundable is understanding but they never payme the rest my money, try another different place for storage, this is garbage, plus there is not one to help you in the office, is just self service and the customer service is bad they won’t help you.
