Severe rat infestation. I'd highly advise using plastic containers if you intend on renting a unit here. Luckily the items I had in plastic containers were intact, unlike the items in cardboard containers that were covered in excrement Update: Contacted property manager to schedule an inspection of unit. I arrived at the scheduled time and no one was there at the office to speak of. No one responded to any of my phone inquiries. I’ll be canceling my lease this is unacceptable

Shela is an exceptional woman with the best customer service -añd patience- someone could ask for. I've never felt so comfortable or welcome with a company during a hard and frustrating situation.
