Lori is amazing, called me to ask when I could go and pick up the storage unit that I won at auction. Was nice of her to call, a lot of places don’t even bother to give me a call… She did the paperwork right away, and told me all the details. I recommend this place! When you rent a storage the first thing you look for outside of whether my items will be stored in are the staff easy to work with. Laurie is unbelievably amazing. She is always very quick to respond and was super helpful in helping me get into the right unit. I hope she never leaves because she's just the best. And the units are clean and the storage area is well maintained. Highly recommend

My experience was comfortable and quick and knowledgeable thanks to the staff at smartstop. Mitizi helped me register my unit she was very inviting and kind and more than helpful when assisting me and my daughter. 10/10 experience thanks to her! thank you! I also had an incident with the security of my unit and the staff showed efficient communication and reached out to me to let me know of the error and that they made sure my unit was properly secured which I am very grateful for. Raven, the staff member who made sure to reach out to me was very wonderful and helpful thank you so much to the great staff at smart stop for your above and beyond service and support.
