Clean facilities, knowledgeable staff. There were a couple of unexpected fees to begin with so make sure to snatch up any online promos when you can. Will recommend to all.

Autumn was great! Ran into an issue with my unit being too small & she helped assist me with a transfer to another unit. I came in annoyed and left happy. 😆 thank you Autumn!

What made this experience work and exceptional was Parker Warren. He was able to help me finish the process of securing my storage unit. The links to set-up my storage unit were not working properly through multiple attempts. We walked through the process as I was dealing with it and he was able to by-pass the issues and get everything completed. Kudos to Parker! I feel like it wouldn’t have been completed without him because of the system glitches. I have rented through Public Storage multiple times and recommend them as a safe and clean and trusted storage facility.
