I arrived just as they were closing. I was unaware of the hours. I had already made a reservation and I had a very stressful home situation where the ceiling was caving in from a tree falling into our home after hurricane Milton. We needed storage badly to keep our things from getting destroyed. Jase greeted me at the door and told me they had closed. He then asked me about what we needed and he concluded that I might not understand the amount of storage we need for our situation. So he kindly made an exception and patiently showed me the various sizes available. He was very kind mannered and spoke with a friendly professional smile and made sure I understood everything. I was very impressed with his willingness to help us in our time of need even though it cut into his personal time. He didn’t miss a thing either. I know from just that one visit everything to expect, the hours, the app, the gate, the doors, & lockdown. Jase is a great asset to Public Storage, he is a shining example of great customer service. I thank you Jase! My family thanks you!

Facility provided excellent options for storage along with technology based management. Jose was outstanding in providing assistance and support throughout the process. PS is fortunate to have such a cordial and knowledgeable facility manager.
