Stephanie was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk me through the storage unit, gave me a full tour, and clearly explained everything I needed to know. She answered all my questions patiently and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. Great customer service and a very smooth experience overall. Highly recommend working with her!

UPDATE: Once again, property manager, Tammy, helped me when renting my 3rd storage unit at this facility. She helped iron out the kinks with their insurance vs my own home owners insurance. All I need is to know Tammy's in-office schedule as to when she's in the office and I'm golden. She provides concierge service and I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and kind demeanor. That said, I really like this Public Storage operation. I like that I get a text or email asking how was my visit. I like that they are paying attention and always asking if there's more they can do. So far, it's the best experience I've had with any storage facility going all the way back to the 1980s. I also need to give a shout out to the other property manager, Stephanie. She, too, gives GOOD PHONE, provides timely voicemails, etc. Both Tammy and Stephanie are excellent property managers. You just gotta align with their in-office schedule and you're golden. ORIGINAL REVIEW: When I rented my first Public Storage unit in early December, I met Tammy who helped me get signed up in person as I was not yet familiar with their very user friendly app. Tammy was vey pleasant to work with, showing me several rental units before I chose mine. That good experience gave me the confidence to now rent a second unit with them. They say making a good first impression matters- seems true here too. Their app appears well designed for ease of customer use a definite plus factor.

It was a pleasure meeting Stephanie in person. She was extremely helpful, polite and resourceful. Her positive attitude made my move out process quick and easy. Thanks again Stephanie, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
