I had a great experience thanks to Selina at the storage office. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. Selina took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole rental process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Selina definitely does. She made sure I had the right unit for my needs and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. If you need a storage unit, I highly recommend working with Selina!

The process to rent was fast and easy! The icing on the cake was when I finished loading my first trip into the storage unit and went to lock the door I broke the key in the lock. Stephanie was doing rounds making sure the facility was clean and she took care of my lock issue immediately! Thanks Stephanie!
