I had a small dilemma the day before my move in. I initially spoke with Ms. Pat to assist me in getting a larger unit. She did my paperwork and Ms. Ruth followed up and made sure it was a smooth transition. I would like to thank both of you, ladies for your help. You both are amazing and it takes a team to give great customer service.

Ruth did an incredible job setting up our new storage unit. She even worked past close to make sure everything was taken care of and that we could access the gate and our unit. The area is very nice too and feel confident having our belongings there.

This location is the bomb.com! The process was smooth, the unit was super clean, and the app is easy to use. Debbie at the front desk was amazing friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. Top-notch customer service from start to finish! I rented this storage unit that’s 25 minutes away from my new home because of the great reviews . Update as of 9/18 I checked out yesterday and the entire process went seamlessly. As soon as I walked in, Ruth greeted me with a warm smile and clearly explained the steps for closing out my storage unit. From move-in to move-out, the customer service was outstanding. The facility is very secure with gated access and 24-hour surveillance, which gave me peace of mind the whole time. I highly recommend this location!
