USA Storage Centers - Rockwall

I would like to say that Nichole was so incredible to work with. I had a long distance move with many changes and moving parts. she was compassionate understanding, accommodating just wonderful. I really appreciated her at this stressful time.

This is a great facility. It is located not far from I-30 in a very secure and safe area. The manager, Stori and her team are always so caring and welcoming to the patrons at this location. They were able to help accommodate my move in when I wasn’t able to be there in person, and be very supportive with informing me of insurance options that would help the maintenance of my items. They also run great promotions for new renters, and are some of the most respectful customer service providers I’ve worked with. They’re also hiring, for anyone who’s also responsible and customer service oriented looking for a good work environment.

USA Storage Center is a very clean facility. The manager Nicole is very helpful in helping me with picking the right size unit for my needs and I received a free lock. She also explained the convenience of the online payments. Thank you for all your help.
