Carian was extremely professional! She greeted us at the door, explained all details in plain, *easy to understand* (!) Language, explained all options, and tool very good care of us. I couldn't ask for better. I look forward to working with Carian.

Avoid this storage site. The staff here is friendly and probably wonderful to work with, but our experience overall has been terrible. Our rent more than doubled in two years — from $150 to $330/month — while the same units are listed to new customers for $106. When we raised our concerns, we never got a call back. Sky-high rates, mold on our belongings, and no real response. Moving everything out this weekend.

Kerri-Anne and Zane were so helpful. In our last storage place you could never speak with a person. I looked at Public bc of the proximity to our property. The pricing was competitive so I booked online. Once we arrived they discussed our needs, made recommendations, and explained all the minutiae in the contract. We were up and running the same day. It is wonderful to work with such competent and friendly staff; they reflect well for the company!
