We rented a UHAUL that was late to be dropped off. Jerry was more than willing to stay late and assist me. He was also extremely friendly and very easy to work with. Will absolutely be using the business again!

Very welcoming and courteous. I booked the unit online but when I got there to look at the unit I decided it wasn’t quite large enough. It was really easy to look at a larger unit and upgrade. Wysondria was super helpful and understanding. The grounds are very clean and the units and buildings are in great condition. You can see that they take care of the property very well. It was a great experience and would get a unit here anytime.

I’ll start with the positives: the facility itself is clean and the units are great. The on-site staff were always kind and helpful. Now the reality. They brought me in with a solid introductory rate — under $300/month. What they conveniently failed to emphasize was that the rent increases every six months. And not small increases — we’re talking around $85 every single time. Without fail. I was there a little over a year and a half, and by the time I left, my unit was going to cost $600 per month. That’s double the original rate in under 2 years. That’s not “cost of operations.” That’s a pricing model designed to trap customers once their belongings are already moved in. When I asked if anything could be done, I was told the on-site team had no control, corporate wouldn’t adjust pricing, and there was essentially no one to speak to who could help. I was also told there is no cap — the rent will just keep increasing. The only “solution” offered? Cancel the unit, move everything out, and rent another unit to reset the rate. Think about how ridiculous that is. This business model clearly banks on the fact that moving your stored belongings is inconvenient and expensive, so most people will just keep paying the increases. Great building. Nice staff. Predatory pricing structure. I would not recommend storing your belongings here unless you’re prepared for aggressive and repeated rate hikes.
