My brother recommended this PS location to me and I'm glad he did. I was only needing to rent a unit while I moved out of state and this location was excellent as it was right off the 55 and had several carts available each day I was there to drop off or pick up belongings. Their customer service was also top notch. I would recommend this PS location to anyone looking for somewhere to store belongings short term or long term.

Yesterday I came here to get my first ever storage. Jocelyn was in the office. She helped me out and did everything at her best ability. Thanks Jocelyn for the help ypu,provided and fast as well

THEY WILL CUT YOUR LOCK AND STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!! They have nothing to do so they will studdy your routine through the cameras and when you least expected they will cut your lock and steal your valuables and when you ask for help reviewing the cameras, they'll tell you they couldn't find anything. This is 100% inside job from the sketchy people that work in the facility. They use a ladder to peak into your unit from empty units next to yours if there's one. They also keep an eye on the cameras and when a customer comes in to drop off belongings into their unit, they'll pretend like doing a routine walk through just to peak inside your unit. I rented a unit in this facility for a little over a year or so. In this time frame I started noticing everything I mentioned previously but didn't pay much attention.^^ At first they quoted me a fair deal for my monthly rent that was around $180 or so. 3 months after they raised me a ridiculous $70 more. Then 3 or 4 months after, they raised my rent again, then again. They raised my rent like 3 or 4 times in about a year. I was getting fed up but continued to pay because I was almost ready to leave anyway. One day, I went over to the facility and I bumped into a person that works there. I mentioned that with alot of sacrifices, I got finally qualified for a small mobile home for my family and I was ready to empty my storage unit in a couple weeks. A couple days after I go to the facility again to grab some stuff I needed from my unit. I noticed it had a different lock on and not mine. I immediately went to the front desk and told them my unit had another lock on and it wasn't mine. They carelessly told me that probably someone broke into my unit, like if it was no big deal. They told me that they were going to schedule an appointment for the next day for someone to come and cut the lock. The next day I met with the manager and the other person cutting the lock. They rolled up the door and my heart dropped. They had taken everything and I mean everything. A whole household was taken. Couches, bed, dressers, tv's, dining table, my daughters toys, most of our clothes. I also had a little bit of gold, along with some very important and personal belongings that money can't buy. I filed a police report right away but do to the fact that they don't have cameras inside, plus, storage staff wasn't cooperating much either. I had insurance but they only cover up to 2,000 Which is ridiculous. They stole everything approximately 30,000 of goods if not more because I had a bit of personal gold as well. On top of the 6 or 7,000 I payed for rent to have my stuff there. Till this day we haven't heard nothing from public storage. It's funny how the owner only replies to the 5 star reviews saying thank you. But doesn't say or do anything to the negative comments from people that have gotten their belongings stolen. I don't want anyone else to go through this ever. That's why I'm taking the time to write this review. It is the worst feeling ever. Wife and I had worked very hard to aquire our personal belongings little by little. They even took my dauguters toys, who does that. It breaks your heart when your 5 year old daughter constantly asking you where's my bike and all my toys daddy. We have been through alot these past couple of months, only god knows. We haven't heard nothing from public storage ever since, not even to help with a hint or clue to recuperate some items. On top of that, they had the audacity to contact me and tell me that I had to pay the following months rent or take out the trash the thieves left behing or eventually it was gonna go to auction. While I was desperate and worried to find a way to buy at least a bed for my daughter for her to sleep, they call me to tell me that next month rent is due. I will get banners and stand outside the facility with as many people possible we can gather for weeks or months until I get tired because this is unfair and no one deserves this.
