Janelle was very helpful with our storage unit transfer. She was very kind and assisted us with transferring units and checking out the unit to make sure it was up to par.

Long time customer, fees way up, getting annoying, repeated past due texts even when on autopay. Plus “late fee”! I’m getting tired of calling them to straighten things out. Value proposition more questionable by the day! Good location, not open very late, and has an exit driveway that bottoms out my vehicles . 12/4/25: Uh.. here’s an update- weeks ago I was told they would adjust their overcharge in *subsequent billings, but surprisingly the new bill is the same high fee as before! There are no longer actual humans to talk to in the empty office( even during business hours!). The priorities are clearly not for taking care of their customers , sadly. I still need a refund.

We stopped by to check out available units yesterday and the door was locked. We could see the attendant at the desk who pointedly ignored us while we waited. My friend pulled the handle to see if it was just stuck since she wouldn't look up or acknowledge us at all, but it was definitely locked. She scoffed at us and wouldn't look out way so we walked away after that. Unnecessarily rude.
