I would like to thank this storage unit at georthal road north for being the best in Staten Island Melissa has given me a great service and support with the up keeping up my time in use she is a wonderful person kind n very friendly person to all also her co worker has been very helpful and supportive I wish to thank them both for the beautiful service they give to the public. Always a pleasure coming into the office and coming to the facility. Melissa is great and very helpful and knowledgeable about her information. Facility is very clean as i always see staff keeping up with the facility. Thank you always melissa , also thank you to the other staff who are here also i believe the other staffs names are rafellla and Alec! They are also always a pleasure dealing with. Do not put your stuff here unless you want it to be destroyed by mice urine and poop and roaches. I had my stuff stored here for a year and a half and when I went to get my stuff half of my stuff had to be thrown out due to it being covered in mouse urine and poop. There were also roaches all over my stuff. I even had all my furniture wrapped in plastic and the mice ate through it and made it their home it seems like. On top of that they raise your rent every 6 months. I start out paying $102 for my unit and by the time I moved my stuff out 18 months later my rate was $203. Thats double the price in just less than 2 years..
