This storage though when dealing with the front desk showed customer service but when not watched this place is a nightmare my unit was broken into TWICE and valuable unreplaceable items were stolen as well as a third time broken into for my secound unit there. Its hard to get a hold of anyone as well I was charged for a month when I had already moved out. Not left and everything because heaven for bid someone is in the office during office hours.

Still yet to get ahold of Ky And speak in person. He left voice message about 10 days ago saying that if I didn’t get things resolved with him by this date that my things were going to auction in these past 10 days, my dad‘s been down there several times because I’m almost an hour away from there. In his message, he said if things weren’t paid by today, they were going to auction even this morning. I’m diligently trying to call and nothing so my friend is going to go there and sit and wait so we can find out the total so I can get things Out. Remember, I mentioned they have no voice messaging available on their phone number nor do they have any messaging through them directly anywhere that I have been able to find Don’t have a personal number or anything that I can text to trust me I’ve tried So once again, I guess I’m saying is I want out, he has not charged or spoken to My domestic victims advocate They’ve been waiting to pay him, but he hasn’t followed through then he turns around and wants me to pay the whole thing so I’m just hoping he’s not thinking he’s going to double dip Nowhere on anywhere to see what they’re showing as a total for the bill No website that I’ve been able to find out itf, as an option under the Google descriptions but then when you click on it, it says it’s an error and unavailable. 🙏🤦‍♀️. May I please get my stuff and just put this behind us Please answer your phone or please set up a messaging so you can at least know I’ve tried and even better set up something so we could text you

My family and I have been trying to get ahold of Ram/Ky for weeks. We’ve left notes on the door. No return phone calls. Shown up multiple different times and no ones in office. Phone has no capability of leaving a voice message. Website that is supposedly connected to this post is not active. Phone will ring and ring and ring and then it goes to being a non-active number Very upsetting and frustrating. I was referred there as a client. I am a domestic abuse survivor and they were paying for my storage and now that I’m trying to get my life back together that I am out of the shelter I cannot even get my belongings, which is not much but I would like to hear my life started or restarted after all the things I’ve already been through initially went there and then not Locke was not working. I spoke to ky about this and then things became in the rears because he had not collected the rent from the entities that he was supposed to. So at this point, I have no idea if I even have anything left of my belongings or not can’t get an answer or anything, and there is a lock on there because of their where is meant because he did not collect the rent from the entities that were supposed to be paying. At one point, he called me talking about how it was so in the rears, but he had never even done what the original agreement was. It’s very frustrating. All I wanna do is get my belongings that have no idea how to do it.
