RazorBox Self Storage

I can’t say enough great things about RazorBox Storage in Centerton. This is my second time using them, and once again, the experience has been outstanding. The units are clean, well-maintained, and climate-controlled — which I really appreciate. They offer affordable rates without sacrificing quality, and the entire operation feels top-notch. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Keith Putnam both times, and he is consistently helpful, efficient, and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RazorBox to friends and family.

I’ve rented several units for the company I work for and it’s been such an easy process with zero hassle!! Keith is great and super responsive! I definitely will rent here again!!

The rental time with RazorBox was phenomenal, but when it came time to leave and move elsewhere, cancelling became a nightmare. They charged us after moving out, and after MULTIPLE reassurances that everything was handled. Then, when contacting them we are told to handle it ourselves, even though it’s THEIR mistake. So now we have to handle it with our bank, which means we won’t see movement on it for like a week. Communication is awful from them. A warning to anyone renting a unit here, put a stop payment in place before you vacate.
