I’ve had a great experience using ReadySpaces warehouse. Been here for 3 years. The facility is extremely convenient and well-thought-out for growing businesses. Having reliable WiFi on-site makes it easy to manage operations, and the included utilities like trash service, water, and electricity remove a lot of the usual headaches that come with warehouse space. Security is another big plus. The building feels safe and well-monitored, which gives real peace of mind when storing inventory and equipment. What really sets ReadySpaces - Santa Ana apart, though, is the management. The team is responsive, professional, and proactive, with great leadership from Casey. You can tell she genuinely cares about the tenants and keeping the space running smoothly. Highly recommend ReadySpaces to anyone looking for a flexible, secure, and hassle-free warehouse solution.

Casey takes no BS goes above and beyond make sure everything runs smoothly, always taking time to answer questions and resolve issues quickly. Great value! But it comes with it's disanvantages. For example. On site managers have been on an off, sometimes disappearing for several days. There was a leak in the roof that affected my unit. After 1 year is still there. I hope the current Manager Casey will step up and finally fix the problems left by her antecessors.
