Highly recommend - easy to communicate with and very transparent throughout the moving process. Pickup was hassle free and my things were handled with care. And I was on a very tight timeline! Thank you!

For anyone still considering moving/packing companies, please do NOT pick Boston Concierge Storage (BCS). They will: 1. Break your things and take zero accountability. 2. Lose your things and lie and deny ever having the item. 3. No respect for customer's wishes. If you read this and still have the misfortune of picking this company here are the things to do: 1. Photographs are not enough, video record everything (record them picking up your items to them loading each item into the moving truck). 2. Do not get their insurance plan it's a scam/worthless. 3. Expect your wishes and requests to be ignored. Be cautious of reviews because they offer discounts for favorable reviews. EDIT in response to their subpar reply: Notice in their response they did not mention the other items that were broken. They also did not mention the fact they lost my item and lied and denied ever having the item. Also they have no respect for customer wishes. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION. Do not do business with them.
