RightSpace Self Storage

We have rented spaces from other companies before, but we have found RightSpace to be above all others. The grounds are clean, the staff is helpful and the had just the right size storage that we needed and the price is fair. I know I can ask a lot of questions but it never seemed to bother Matt at all, he answered everything with ease and explained things in detail and showed me personally the different sizes of units. He drove me to each one so I could actually get a visual instead of showing me dementions on paper and that helped me big time! What stood ou the most to me is that i went close to closing time (after work) amd he never rushed us or told us we needed to hurry or that its time to clock out, he was professional and finished all the paperwork and I apologized for it taking longer than i even had anticipated, and he said, its not a problem, thats what he was here for, we get done when we get done. That was cool and he was cool. Matt has a great personality and was so friendly which helps with being in customer service, so many have lost that concept. Shout out to Matt for being kind and making sure I understood everythingans for showing us around.., he is an asset to the company!!!

I really am happy with the service I receive here. I've had 3 units with them and every time they have not failed to provide great service. The hours are extremely accommodating. Wendy and Cody are great!

I had to find a storage facility near my home. I'm in the process of moving and my new place is getting to be remodeled. After looking at several other storage facilities, I was very impressed with "Right Space Storage". The facility is very secure, clean and much larger than it appears from the front. Plenty of small, medium, large and extra-large indoor and outdoor units. I met Wendy who toured me around to select my 1st unit. Wendy was professional, friendly, listened to my needs for this large move and was quick to show me the units that work best. A month later I needed an indoor A/C unit. Wendy picked one out that was perfect until I realized I needed more space. I stopped in the office and met Paul who is just as accommodating, professional and understood. After selecting a larger cooled unit Paul made the switch over very easy without any cost or issues. My move is in stages. I have a classic car that required a unit that was easy to back a tow truck up to. Wendy had me on a list for the units that would work when one came available. 2 weeks later Wendy called and I immediately secured it. I was impressed with Wendy and Paul. They both took the time to make sure my rentals worked for my needs and were helpful every step. I purchased my locks at their office, price was competitive. I now have a 4th unit for the final move and couldn't stress enough how lucky I feel with Wendy and Paul running this Right Space location in Peoria. My 4 storage units are perfect for my peace of mind. I will be renting over 9 months. I would highly recommend Right Space Storage; Talk to Wendy or Paul and know you're in good hands with your possessions stored in this facility.
