Front office was locked on first visit to business. No manager seen at the time i stopped by. Had to scan qr code and do everything online without seeing unit to visually blueprint storage needs. Received a 10x10 unit with 2 doors. Very upset i had to purchase 2 locks. The facility itself was clean and hand carts were ready upon moving belongings to second floor. Was emailed and texted about 4-5 times before i even used unit is the reason this place got 3 stars. No staff on site ever seen in both of my visits there.

I have been at this storage space for a few years. The staff here has always been very courteous, respectful, understanding, helpful and have the best customer service with a smile. I moved out today. Thank you for everything.
