SmartStop Self Storage

The Storage industry is certainly The Wild West. They all have introductory prices that end up increasing in three months. The storage company I had been using changed my rate from $96 per month to $250 per month after three months. I went searching for an alternative and found Smart Stop. They were very helpful over the phone and they were also willing to give me a locked in rate for the entire year if I was willing to pay the year in advance. I have not found any other storage facility that would do this for me. When I toured the facility, it was very clean and secure. I appreciated the service I received from the company representatives. If I remembered their names, I would call them out and say what a good job they did. They were kind, informative, and helpful when I was asking questions. I can update this review after I have been in the facility for a number of months. But my initial impression is all positive. I was happy to give them five stars.

Khol was absolutely amazing! He assisted me with getting my storage unit and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. He took the time to support me through every step and made sure everything was handled properly. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

I love the storage facility. Everything is clean, easy to mavigate and it has AC. I worked with Khoi and he was fantastic and such a pleasure to speak with. I am moving out of my unit, and ge made things easier and smoother than I thought it would be, including explaining charges and handling my bill for the month. It was super busy today but he still was very kind, helpful, and professional.
