I run a local hauling and cleanout business here in Phoenix, and Sofia even mentioned that customers often ask for help moving items in and out of storage. I’ve rented a unit for over a month and needed to upgrade to a larger size. Sofia helped me and actually found a discrepancy on my account that she immediately resolved.
