Wish I could give a rating of -10000 *'s. First things first, don't be fooled by all of the 5 * reviews regarding Renee at the 7th St location. Had made an earlier review about the major inconveniences and extra money I had to spend because of them and then was told by her that if its removed or changed to a positive one, she would "credit my account". So of course people are gonna write a good review about her. Aside from that, do NOT rent a storage unit here unless you like being profiled, treated like a criminal & your efforts wasted. After purchasing my unit online, renting a u-haul and taking time off work to haul all of my belongings, ended up arriving around 8 PM and not being able to access my unit because I was never texted or emailed an access code. Had to call support and was told that I had to wait until a manager was there, so in my case 9 in the morning. Ended up having to pay for an extension on my u-haul and stayed in the truck for the night since I do not live in this area and had to minimize the .99 cent per mile fee. So FYI, if you're paying through the website, you need to check in person first. Probably so she can personally judge you and decide whether she deems you good enough to store your belongings there. It wasn't until 12+ hours later, and I had finished unloading a full truck onto the 3rd floor that Renee came to me and said that since I had "set up my bed" that she's terminating my lease due to her assumption that I'm going to be living in the unit. Then proceeded to stand at the door watching me, taking pictures & talking on the phone the whole time I had to bring my stuff back down and reload the truck. I'm unsure where on the lease it says that you're unable to freely store things the way you want to, or where it says no "blankets on a mattress". I had no boxes for my things, and didn't want to spend $6+ there for some. Am I supposed to lay my blankets on the floor? Was told I'd be getting my money returned to me but still nothing. Good chance that I'm going to lose everything I own now, as I have to scramble to try and figure something out as I wait for my money to be returned back to me.

Exceptional service. Renee Guerrero, store manager really listens to her customers and worked with me on my storage issues. StorQuest is neat, clean and indoors that accommodates any space you need! You need to check them out first before going to another storage facility! Thank you Renee!!!

I’ve had the best experience at this location. Renee has gone above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this location. The price is great and their insurance was super reasonable compared to my old storage
