Rochester Storage

I had a great experience with Rochester Storage. Office personnel was very professional. The unit was clean and spacious. I am a returning customer that will highly recommend Rochester Storage because of ease and convenience of rental process.

I’m absolutely not impressed!!! We’ve been with this company for over a year and there has been on going issues. Most recently we rented a moving truck twice to grab some items during the listed hours. No one was there and there is no direct number to contact someone. The website hours changed without notification but yet they have no issues reminding us that our bill is due or when there is an increase. The call center that your call is directed to is helpless as they are given incorrect information as well. I run a business and need people who reliable. This company is not!!

Lisa, who runs the place, is absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and always goes out of her way to help. The facility is clean, secure, and managed with real care. You can tell customer service truly matters here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest and efficient storage space! From Mark, Ruthie and Sasha.
