Rocky Mountain Storage

I love Rocky Mountain Storage! The facility is secure and very clean, I feel safe when i go to visit my storage unit.. Their prices are so competitive and I really appreciate that they value me as a customer. Excellent and responsive customer service is also a big deal to them!

So ive been renting here for years and until as of late had no issues but since there new office team that is unprofessional and rude and by all means has no ability to perform any type of customer a ervice.. They are ride to the point that they yell make nasty remarks and hang up on you because as they put it "im not going to do this goodbye!".. like ive never seen a bussiness have a front desk clerk that was not customer freindly and pro character for the bussiness they work for and are representing.. r Really starting to que s tion the real integrity of this establishment..

I wasn't feeling well when I got there but promise to get everything next time. The prices are really good as compared to other places especially the small storages. They have a huge land for parking RV'S, and any automobile. It is gated and very clean.
