Safeguard Self Storage

Wanted to take a moment to write a review for this location based on the positive experience that I had throughout the whole process. Went in on a Tuesday to check out the facility and ask some quick questions. First and foremost all my questions were answered quickly and accurately. The staff even offered to show me some of the units, this was 30 minutes before closing time, so I was supper impressed. I then used all the info that was relayed to me to sign up online. I was able to get a free local through signing up on online. I went in and did some paper work with the manager on duty (who was amazing btw and mentioned they’ve only been in this location for about 2 months). The manager was great, they took their time to walk me through everything and made it a point to make sure that my lock codes and everything was in order even though she was also getting ready to take a meal break. I also had an additional question that could not be addressed in the moment, but very quickly the location manager got ahold of a district manager who assisted and resolved the matter. I was very surprised to get a call only 15 minutes after leaving the location informing me that that matter was resolved. Overall I had a great experience and was impressed by the level of customer serve and the overall positive disposition of all the staff members. I would like to note that the manager who helped me out was on duty on 1/20/26. Thank you guys again for everything and for making it a great experience for a first time self storage user!

I needed a unit to start staging some things for moving. The building is always so nice and neat. I've never had trouble parking, and no shortage of carts on hand to load my things onto, either! Rondo helped me get checked in, gave me the tour, and was just an all-around pleasure to deal with. Overall, an excellent experience!
