I am sorry to have been the unlucky guy to have my belongings damaged while in that storage. As a matter of fact, most boxes have the AC pipes above the units and it leaked into the box and ruined my 8000 $ Entertainment Center. We were not made aware on time and no precaution nor remedies have been taken by safeguard storage to absorb the leftover and standing water on my belongings, no efforts have been made to repair that error and accident, no apologies were given… It was a very poor handling of that incident, and no offer to cover the cost or Make a claim to the Storage insurance either. It was truly a disgrace.
