This is the most professional of the storage places we have used. It is clean, the elevators work great, the access hours are great, and the staff shows up on time when you need help. Highly recommended! (And Oz is truly a great guy to work with, especially when you have two trucks, four movers and a bunch of stuff - THANK YOU!)

I went on 01/17/2026 at 9:40 am to see the size and price of a 5x5, a lady assisted me in a very rude way. I asked about the smaller size and she told me 5x5 I asked to please show it to me to go through a door and I can see from outside how the locker looks like. I told her I would like to see the inside to see if my stuff would fit. She responded in a nasty attitude, that I would need an escalator and that it didn’t make sense the reason I wanted to see it. To see how bad she was treating me and for no reason, I told her thank you and walk away to the door. She said, ITS way too early for this shit. I didn’t respond and keep walking. This location was in little Havana 800 W Flagler St. To the owner of this location I would like to recommend to hire people that actually wants a job and can provide good service that way your company can get more customers. Also thanks to a horrible customer service. I was able to find another storage facility with better price. So thank you to the rude lady.
