San Ramon Valley Self Storage and U-Haul

My experience here was brief, but it was good. I decided my belongings needed to go in a climate controlled space, so I booked a space and canceled a few hours later. Juan at the front office was both kind and gracious with check in and with my request to cancel.

The truck worked perfectly. The AC was working well and the chairs were surprisingly comfortable for a moving truck. I also liked the built in rear camera right inside the mirror. Great aid when backing out. Stress free return with an appt. Great experience.

The storage facility staff are nice and the place is secure, however rodents got into all of our stuff and a lot of our furniture is now ruined since it was covered in feces and urine. We did not have any perishables stored in our unit, so I am thinking maybe they went after some cleaning supplies or candles. Our things were stored at this location for about 5 years, the climate in the unit is good and there are some carts to help move your things around. I would only recommend storing things here if you can put them in rodent proof containers.
