Unreliable and Unprofessional Experience - I reserved a double unit at Santa Ana Mini Storage a month in advance for staging furniture. On move-in day, after hiring movers and filling the truck, I arrived to find my reserved unit had been rented to someone else. I was offered a damaged, vulnerable alternative I had previously declined. The manager, David, changed his story and said my unit hadn’t been rented but had been split into two. He then suggested waiting for another double unit being auctioned on Monday, promising it would be cleared by Friday at the latest. I was temporarily given two smaller units to unload my furnishings into. A week later, I was told the auctioned unit wouldn’t be available for another three weeks. After multiple broken promises, I declined to wait and take the chance of another broken promise. The ordeal cost me $1,100 in moving fees—unloading, reloading, and 2 days of my time, culminating in a return to my original storage facility. I rarely write reviews like this but I strongly do NOT recommend Santa Ana Mini Storage.

Super friendly and fast service. David has been here for 27 years and knows how to treat his clients by providing great service. He hooked it up with the savings too!

Great customer service! They have a Spanish speaker, very welcoming, and great at advising for people without experience in purchasing storage units. The place is clean, and the paper work is easy to do. Only took a couple minutes to complete and we were able to move in the same day!
