Sav-On Storage

I have been using Sav-On Storage facility for about 2 or 3 years now. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you feel like family. They have excellent customer service and Betty is always willing to resolve any issues quickly to better suit your needs. They have the best prices in town and multiple sized units I think we have moved around to every size they have. They even have units that have a front door and double rear doors.

0 stars actually, This place is a very shady, the manager is a very dishonest person. I payed for a space there and my trailer was stolen right in front of him. They had cameras but they are fake. I spoke with him about the issue and he continued to tell me why it wasn't his fault. I asked for the owners information but he just said no. As if he was afraid of something. This person is the most uncooperative, dishonest and worst management I've ever seen. Have the time the gates are locked during business hours. So if you value your stuff that you worked hard for I wouldn't keep it there or you will be sorry. Trust me!!!!

Manager Betty gave me a wonderful experience with excellent customer service. She explained things simply but still with a personal touch. Exactly the type of person I like to do business with. she really went the extra mile out of her way to make sure I was taken care of.
