Seattle Self Storage

I rented a unit here for about 6 months and it was a great experience from start to finish. I pre-paid and got a great rate. I left a month earlier than what I had paid for, and they refunded me that month. Class act, especially considering the bad stories I’ve heard about other storage places. I’ll rent here again if I ever need it again. My only complaint is that I wish they were open later, but it’s a worthy trade off.

Great experience signing up for a space with the manager Edd. He was friendly, helpful and very easy to work with. He showed us our options and did a very good job explaining the process. I would 10/10 recommend this location!

Very easy rental procedure, straightforward possession of the unit. The building has multiple loading docks at a smaller truck bed height (I drive a Maverick) which is perfect for my needs. The space inside is clean, dry and heated (but not overheated). Brightly lit with many cameras, I feel totally secure with my things in their facility.
