The pricing looked decent at first, but this storage facility hit me with hidden fees after I signed up online. I was told it would be a flat monthly rate, but my bill came stacked with extra charges, insurance, miscellaneous fees, you name it. And don’t be late: they’ll tack on a $20 late fee just five days after your due date. On top of that, there’s a $75 auction fee and another $20 if you need to cut your lock. So if you’re considering this place, read the fine print and stay on top of your payments. They did work with me eventually, and I got all my things out. But when I arrived, I was warned about a spider infestation. I had to leave my items outside and spray everything down before bringing it into my home. Just be cautious, especially if you’re storing anything sensitive.
