SecurCare Self Storage

Have had several issues with payment/ auto pay account through the last couple years. As well as issues almost Everytime the office being closed during business hours (not lunch time)3-5 p, 10-11 a, they open at 10a close at 6p. Not to mention the most recent scare/ call I received stating my unit was empty and asked if I had moved out. Thankfully it wasn’t our unit they believed to be empty, but still, what is going on here. Ever since the buyout this new company is inconsistent and unprofessional for the inflated prices and fees they introduced. As well as almost impossible to talk to an actual human to try and resolve things. Will be moving out the end of this month, so now recommend any secure care self storage if this is their business model.
