SecurCare Self Storage

I rented 2 10x30 storage units for 7 months. One of the units doors was broken. We were told the garage door would be fixed and just have to meet with the repair company. So I filled up both units. 2 weeks later I meet the garage door repair company as I was told. I had to take off work and wait for this company to show up for 3 hours. They looked at it, said it needed replaced and would have to wait on approval. I waited another 2 weeks and never heard back. I called corporate and talked to the site manager. Both informed me they would not be replacing the door and offered me to move to another unit. Mind you, if I moved, I would have to unpack and then repack into another 10x30 unit. Which would also be away from the other unit I rented. After I was told from the beginning that it would be replaced. So I was stuck unless I wanted to do triple the work that I already did. So I told them I had no choice but to stick with the broken door. Then a month later my bill went up $40 per unit per month. So again I was stuck because I didnt want to move everything out just to move it again. If I would have known all of this I would have never chose to rent from SecurCare. I could have got another storage unit, 10x nicer, for the same price that wasnt broke. Ive used SecurCare 3 different times for a total of about 5 years usage but it has definitely changed for the worse. I highly suggest you use a different facility. SecurCare storage is a "Bait and Switch" company. They will lie to you and make changes after your stuck with all your stuff in their unit.

Very nice and knowledgeable people that work there! I enjoy and trust my business with this company! They've always taken care of my questions and concerns! I will enjoy having business arrangements in the future! TY

My husband had recently started a new job and we hadn’t received his paychecks. Got behind on my rent and Shaun has worked with me to get it caught back up. He is awesome!
