Since this company has been providing storage services for a long time, the units have been previously occupied; if cleanliness is a concern for you, you can easily tidy up your space yourself before moving your belongings in. The General Manager at this location is an incredibly respectful, attentive, and kind person. She is always on top of everything to ensure that all clients are well taken care of. Regarding security, they have 24/7 cameras capturing multiple angles in every aisle and around the entire perimeter. They also offer vehicle storage, keeping those realistic expectations in mind, as there are always specific policies to consider for vehicle services. The rental process is available online, and you simply need to visit during office hours to complete your paperwork. Once you have your key and lock, access to your unit is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, which is very convenient for transporting, organizing, or extracting your belongings. Each user has their own access code for the main entrance. Please note that there is no access to restrooms or a dumpster, so you must take your trash with you. If you plan on spending a couple of hours organizing your things, it is best to use a restroom before arriving. In terms of price and the rental process, Secure Care Self Storage has accessible prices and a quick, simple process. In a matter of minutes, you have your storage space ready. A very well managed property. Nicole is very friendly and keeps the grounds very clean and maintained. She is really on top of the property and leaves you with the feeling that your property is safe and secure. They have the best prices and lowest fee for my size space I needed. And overall i think it’s hands down the best storage facility in terms of security, price and service. Highly recommended!!!

It's ok.. the grounds are clean the location is convenient but the units are poorly kept. Broken locks on doors, jammed doors, busted wall inside and it appears that mice may travel between units. Rent increases every 3 months... cheap now but I will move to another location as soon as I get a rate increase. I recommend looking at the location before renting. Awesome employees!
