I JUST rented a space here and let me just say, this is the dirtiest and worst storage facility I have EVER used. And ive used well over a dozen. While the desk staff checking me in was great and helpful - my code didnt work at check in. Once I was shown my unit, I was appalled. The floor is absolutely filthy and greasy. I expect a storage unit to be a bit dirty - its just how it is, but this is next level. My kids stuffies immediately got smeared with dirt and grease. Now, that could be overlooked - except my unit is smaller than it should be because there's a giant wall and ANCIENT pipe that leads straight to who knows where in the middle of the back wall. See the photos for yourself. The unit itself felt smaller than my even 10x10 - but was reported as a 10x16? Not only that, but there were no carts as far as I could tell. There was one vehicle in my parking area - so maybe it was in use... but that means there's only 1 cart for an entire building of units? I will be moving out within a few weeks. Now I know you should tour a facility before renting.

I received excellent customer service throughout this process. They took the time to thoroughly research and locate my lost 2024 receipt, which was not an easy task given that I had moved between three different units. Despite the complexity, they remained patient, attentive, and positive the entire time. Their willingness to help and their upbeat attitude turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a smooth and pleasant experience. I truly appreciated the level of effort and professionalism shown.

I don’t even know where to start. I rented a 3rd floor unit from one of the nicest people, Rosa, and the price was right. It was 3 days before my move in and all looked great. Then when I pull up with a full U-Haul truck on Sunday I find out their elevator has gone out… again. The guy behind the counter was a total zero. That is the first thing after the elevator they need to fix. I asked why no one called to let me know I would not be able to use the elevator and he said I don’t know. I asked if he could move me to a first floor unit for the same price since it apparently took them several days to get it fixed the week before, and this was not my fault and he said no. I asked for a refund so I could try and go elsewhere and he said he couldn’t do it without approval from an area manager. I asked for the contact info for a manager to speak to and he said he was the manager of this location and he was not authorized to give any information out regarding the area manager or corporate for filing complaints. He wouldn’t even pick up the phone to make a call. I was stuck overnight with a full U-Haul that I now have to pay another day for, having to pay for an additional day of help unloading, pay for a storage unit elsewhere without refund from this place, take a day off of work to finish the move and pay for an additional day at the rental I did not vacate on time. Plus the man behind the counter wanted to complain to ME that he has a sick relative and was forced to work that day because no one would cover his shift and he hates his job. WHAT?? I’m sorry for your problem and I truly hope your family member gets better but I have a few issues of my own to deal with. Rosa is the only saving Grace this company has. Not giving me another option or refunding my money can’t be legal business practice but I will soon find out. I will warn anyone that will listen to stay far away from this place.
