The online experience was quick fast and easy, just called to speak to manager on duty, definitely not happy with the tone of voice, I was greeted with, or the attitude, I received with my question. We'll see when I go in person, if the attitude is ongoing ,I won't rent. I was pleasantly surprised with Crystal, she was kind and empathetic towards her co-worker, as she has been very sick. None of us are perfect. Thank you Crystal for your kindness and loyalty, towards your co-worker, highly commendable. Secure storage is very clean, secure, with great locks, and reasonable prices.

The managers and workers are really great to work with and go out of their way to help. The hours of operation are nice for me. It is very clean. The company and price practices are something else entirely.

I opened a small 10x10 and the woman at the frond desk was wonderful. She explained everything clearly and helped me get all set up. A nice facility and very secure.
