Self-Storage at U-Haul

I like the fact that you have to check in and out of the facility when you’re going to your unit. It gives a sense of security. I also like that there are cameras throughout the building and they have their own Cleaner versus the agents in the office cleaning the building where the unit for storage are.

Called day before was on hold for 40 min to confirm unit when I get here another 45 min hold only to be told I needed to print out documents..... front staff ladies very rude and dry in tone and showed no effort or concern to the customer 👎🏻

Excellent Job and Great experience as well, with customer service satisfaction!!!.... Great Service Teams together I Love y'all!!!.... Immediately please get them they're raised all of their teamwork DreamWorks!!!...
