Self-Storage at U-Haul

Michael was exceptional from start to finish. Very professional and helpful he truly made a difference in my day. After failed attempts with authorized U-Haul dealers I realized how close by I lived near an actual U-Haul location. My experience was great, they accommodated me to be near the Elevator as I was moving my entire apartment on my own. I’d certainly recommend this location to anyone looking for a truck or a storage unit. There was another gentleman that assisted me with removing the lock off the unit as well unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was also professional & friendly. The truck I rented was spotless clean and my unit too. Thanks to the U-Haul team at this location. Moving is stressful enough and they made it a breeze.

Robert is great to work with at this location. He was very helpful and thorough with the drop-off for the truck, tow trailer, and helped us with a storage rental unit.

Paul helped me on the 15th (Sunday) and I was having a rough day. He made the process so smooth and easy! The next day I had to come back because I was confused about the lock and my storage unit size. Chris actually helped the 16th because Paul was busy and he did an amazing job as well. Please keep them both around they are awesome!!!
