I was not given the correct units, U-Haul customer service refused to help me until the next day, I was forced to repack my truck and leave, I was forced to move the following day with less help and in the rain, I sprained an ankle losing my footing on the wet ramp, I missed work due to having to move the following day Saturday instead of Friday so I lost money. I would like to be refunded the money from my rental. Rental and mileage. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The only thing that will fix this is a full refund.

Brandon, the manager, went above and beyond to assist me with my situation. He was patient, knowledgeable and made sure I fully understood every step of the process. His leadership and customer‑first attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free. It’s rare to find someone who not only solves the problem but does it with such a positive and helpful attitude. Because of Brandon and the overall quality of service, I will absolutely continue choosing U‑Haul and recommending this location to others. Excellent job all around.
