Self-Storage at U-Haul

Next level customer service today. I came to them with an emergency (needing to access a storage box to retrieve a passport for a flight tomorrow) and they not only surprised me by solving it, but they had me ready in less than 15 minutes. I can't say how much they saved me today. Truly appreciated!

I was charged $25 for each tank of propane after it was explained getting a tank refilled would be 75% cheaper than getting a exchange ($19.99). I was charged over $5. A gallon the regular price is $3.10 once I got the tanks filled (10 of them) is when I found out how much it was. Not happy feel like I got a bait and switch!

Really nice people work here it was fast and easy renting a truck.
