Beware of the workers at this office; they either don't pay attention, don't know how to do their job, or are intentionally scamming people. I rented a truck on December 24th in Miami and made it clear that I wasn't coming back and that I wasn't going to drop you off in Hollywood. I delivered the truck on December 24th at 4 PM, but the company was closed, and the app wouldn't accept the truck number. I deposited the keys where they're supposed to, and went on the 25th to check, but they were still closed. When the 26th dawned, they had charged me $270 and another $50. I went to the company and they told me $50 for a late delivery (which was a lie; I delivered it the same day, but they didn't work until two days later, and that's when registration delivered it—that's not my fault). The other $270 was because, according to them, that truck belonged to Miami, and leaving it there was the $270 charge. They said it was my contract (another lie, because I clarified that I wasn't coming back. If it wasn't the contract, it was their fault for making the wrong one). I had to cancel work and other deliveries when I returned the car in Miami. They didn't care, or they just said the car was from Miami. On top of that, I had to pay for the return mileage, and according to the girl, "I should be grateful they didn't also charge me the 26-mile late fee." I'm never going back, and my recommendation is: don't go.

I had to pay for an extra day of U-Haul simply because on Sunday they decided to close the apartment where my storage unit is located, without prior notice, and there was no one there to give an explanation, only a note apologizing for not being there.
