Self-Storage at U-Haul

I went into the U-Haul store to rent a 15-foot truck, and the manager who helped me, Lydia, delivered some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. It wasn’t just because she’s the manager. You can tell this is the level of service she gives every day. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me right away and let me know she’d be with me shortly. That simple acknowledgement meant a lot, especially since so many businesses overlook it. Her service was truly impeccable. She went above and beyond, and I appreciate her so much for that. If anyone needs a U-Haul truck, I highly recommend visiting Ms. Lydia at the Port Richmond location in Staten Island. Thank you again, Lydia.
