Poor communication concerning fees. Store not open during hours that’s advertised. No one was available to work Saturday shift 8-12 everyone scheduled called out so the store didn’t open. It was an urgent matter I needed to get into my unit and I had to wait until Monday. Call service center “UNFORTUNATELY” is the response. Regret my choice in storage unit!

The price is reasonable, but considering it's my first time, I can accept a fee for paying late, but they charge me $35 to lock my unit and I also have to buy another lock... it's not fair. Customer service is good. They know how to talk to customers well. Charging extra is unacceptable.
