Self Storage Depot

MICE MICE MICE!!!! We had our home stored between moving for a few months and we had to throw away all of our rugs and clean all of our furniture to get the pee and poop off of our expensive belongings. I am editing my previous review. I was pleased at first with the storage units and amenities but it’s not worth it when they didn’t offer any assistance. I was told a manager would reach out to me and they never did. A mouse actually ran up our arm during our move out and still no compensation was offered. 😠

I picked this facility because it was new, clean, and safe when it first opened. The entire facility is now covered in mouse and rat droppings. Everything in my unit was covered in feces and urine. I regret that I recommended this place to family members. Seems like the initially filled the units then stopped caring about the conditions of the building or people’s items inside.

A great storage place! We needed to store lots of wood furniture for 6 months and the climate controlled units here kept everything in great shape. The semi moving van was able to drive right up to the unit which made life much easier for the moving crew, esp in bad weather. The entire place is very clean with bright lights, and dry. Their customer service is wonderful, Nick was always helpful, prompt and friendly.
