Self Storage Plus

I would like to personally thank Andrea @ Storespace! She’s the only reason I still actually own my stuff! I’ve been using this storage maybe 2 years and she’s delivered customer service beyond reproach! I trust her like she’s part of my own team. Storage facilities can be nightmares! We know this. I can say, I’ve never had a problem. This is a clean, easily accessible facility.

Clean location but I feel is unfair and not direct with pricing every month there’s a new price on what you’re actually going to paying for your unit. False advertising just to get a sale is inappropriate. The lady don’t remember her name will have u sign up for something that’s doesn’t make sense instead of being direct and honest. Convenient location far as close to downtown but not direct on point of sale.

Jose was very nice , very good personality, showed us the unit explained the rules. Very polite and patient . I will recommend his costumer service. A-1
