SmartStop Self Storage

I’m extremely disappointed with this facility. Both elevators have been out of service, and as a paying customer, this should have been clearly communicated ahead of time. According to the contract, customer access must be maintained, but right now I cannot access my storage unit at all because of these ongoing issues. How am I supposed to access my storage unit now fly up there or climb the building? This is honestly ridiculous. When both elevators are out, customers should be notified immediately. Instead, I’m left standing here with no way to reach my unit at all. That’s completely unacceptable for a place I’m paying for It’s unbelievable that something this important isn’t being taken seriously. There has been no proper notice, no updates, and no support from customer service. This situation has caused major inconvenience and completely disrupted my plans. If you rely on elevator access, be cautious this place has not met the basic standards of communication or accessibility..

The leasing was clear and straight forward. Bill was very friendly. Our unit was clean, well lit, and secure. I really appreciated the high resolution cctv monitoring and the gate control system was working well at all times.

Great experience at this location. I worked directly with Beth, who was absolutely amazing; she was nice, answered all my questions, asked all the right questions and offered me various options specific to my needs. The facility is also very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend!
