I wish more people did business the way Alec does. He genuinely cares about his customers, and it shows. I had rented a parking spot to store my boat and trailer, but unfortunately ran into a few unexpected issues that prevented me from keeping it there. Throughout the entire process, Alec and his manager were incredibly understanding and helpful, ultimately providing a full refund without any hassle. They worked with me every step of the way, showing a level of integrity and customer care that’s rare these days. Alec truly treats his customers the way he’d want to be treated. Really awful! Never do business with this place raised rent 200 dollars in one month facility nasty and rundown!
